Shipping & Returns


As the majority of our products are individually personalized and custom made to order delivery times unfortunately take a little longer. Shipping times differ per product purchased. Manufacturing of your order ranges from between 2-4 days in most cases. In general you will usually receive your item within 13-23 business days. Some items are available for Express Delivery. Please be patient.

If your product is delayed or still in transit please be patient or contact the shipping company for more information on delivery.

Our products are shipped from suppliers and warehouses in Australia, United States, Europe and Asia.

If you have not received your order confirmation or tracking emails please check your Junk Mail.


If you are not completely happy with your product or there is a sizing issue you can return the item back to us for a refund.

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept swimwear or sleepwear for returns.

Personalized products can only be returned if they are defective or mistakes made in production.

There are no returns if 30 days have passed from the date of delivery.

Return shipping charges to our office in Australia are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes

If you have selected the wrong model, incorrect size, wrong photo or personalization, or incorrect product it may be possible to get this fixed if you contact us within 1 hour of ordering.

This may not be possible for some products as they go into production immediately upon purchase.

We ask that you carefully check your order and confirmation email to ensure all the details are correct.

We are not liable if you have made a mistake with your order, but we will accept returns and refund you if you return the goods to our office in Australia.


Refunds can only be processed if we have not started the preparation or production of your purchase, or if you return the goods to our office in Australia. If you wish to seek a refund you will need to contact us.

We are unable to provide refunds if your shipment is showing a Delivered status and is either lost or stolen.

If your product is still in transit please be patient. If the tracking has no updates for over 20 days please contact us so we can investigate further. If you fail to contact us within 30 days from purchase about a missing order unfortunately we are unable to refund.

If you seek a refund due to product quality or an error you will need to send a photo for inspection via email within 24 hours of delivery. We are unable to provide refunds after this period has passed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will apply a refund. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

There are no refunds if 30 days have passed from the date of delivery.


We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item you will need to order a new product and send the unwanted products back to us for a refund.

Customs Duties & Taxes

In the event your product is subject to Customs / Duties Taxes on arrival into your country, it is your responsibility to pay these extra charges.


Our warranty on products extends to 30 days from delivery.
